/ Slashie Pro

Slashie Pro does the sorting and the paperwork.

Tracking is free, with no cap. Pro files each drive under the job it was for, suggests the rest, and builds a tax-ready mileage log for every business you run. Your first 20 drives are sorted on us.

/what pro does

Four things you stop doing by hand.

Slashie records every drive for free. Pro is everything that happens to a drive after it's recorded: working out which job it was for, and turning the year into a log your accountant can use.

/sorting

Files each drive under the right job

By your places: tag the brokerage or the studio once, and a drive that ends there goes to that slash. By your calendar: arrive at 412 Elm St just before “Showing” on the calendar you send to /Real Estate, and the drive goes there, with the event as its business purpose. By the way home: the drive home follows the drive before it.

/smart calendars

Learns the words your events use

One calendar for three jobs? Slashie learns that “Showing” means /Real Estate and “Edit session” means /Photography, and sorts by the words your events already use. You approve each word once; after that, drives to those events sort themselves.

/suggestions

Suggests the rest, and clears a day in one tap

When no rule is sure, the drive waits in your Inbox with Slashie's best guess. Swipe right to accept it, or open Day Review, see each day's drives beside its calendar events, and accept the whole day at once. Slashie also notices places you keep sorting by hand and offers to make them a hub.

/reports

Builds the mileage log for each business

A PDF or CSV per slash for any month, year or custom range: every drive with its date, times, addresses, miles and purpose, priced at the IRS rate for its period. Tax Time shows the year at a glance, with a cover table of every slash, and exports it.

/slashie for mac

Recorded on your iPhone.
Filed on your Mac.

Slashie for Mac is part of Pro: one purchase covers your iPhone and your Mac. The drives arrive through your own private iCloud, with their routes, places and suggestions. The Mac records nothing itself: no location, motion or Bluetooth.

Slashie for Mac: the Inbox with four drives to sort by day, a calendar event between them, and the selected drive's card offering /Real Estate with Accept, Personal and Pick…, beside the drive's places, miles and map.
/inbox

Clears the Inbox from the keyboard

Every drive without a job, by day, with that day's calendar events between them. Return takes the suggestion, 1 to 9 picks the slash, P is Personal, S splits a drive and ⌘Z undoes. Accept a whole day, or mark the rest Personal. The menu bar shows the next drive to file.

/slashes

Puts each job's rules beside its drives

Open /Real Estate and its drives sit next to its places, calendars and keywords. Edit an address, send a calendar to a slash, or teach Slashie the words your events use. Needs a look is on the Mac too: merge, split or correct a drive by hand.

/reports

Hands over the log with a drag

Tax Time and Export show the report as a sheet of paper. Drag it onto Mail, Messages or the Finder, or save it to a folder you pick once.

Slashie for Mac needs macOS 26 or later, and Slashie on your iPhone to record the drives.

/free vs pro

Everything about tracking is free. Pro is what happens next.

No drive is ever capped, hidden or deleted because of your plan. Here is where the line sits.

/your first 20 drives

See it work before you pay.

Slashie sorts your first 20 drives automatically, on any plan, with every rule Pro has. The Inbox shows the count as it climbs, and its card says when the free ones are used, so nothing changes without warning.

  • Nothing to switch on. Set up a place or connect a calendar and the sorting starts.
  • Every rule you set up stays. Hubs, home, calendars and approved words are yours; Pro is what runs them after the 20.
  • Then it's your call. Keep sorting by hand in the Inbox, or start the free month and let Slashie carry on.
/reports

One log per business, ready when your accountant asks.

Export any slash for a month, a year or a custom range, as a PDF or CSV. Every drive carries its date, times, addresses, miles and business purpose, priced at the IRS rate for its period, with a line saying how Slashie knew.

  • Per slash: totals, the rate for each IRS period, and every drive.
  • All slashes: a cover table and one section per business, with unsorted drives flagged so nothing is claimed by mistake.
  • Tax Time: the year's total, a table of every slash, and a report for each one.
  • Employer driving is tracked for reimbursement and never counted as a deduction.

/questions

Before you start the free month.

The short answers. Support has the rest, and a person reads the mail.

What's free in Slashie?

Everything about tracking. Unlimited drives, slashes, places and vehicles; the Live Activity and widgets; the CarPlay car screen; sorting by hand in the Inbox; your totals on the dashboard, in Insights and in Tax Time; and a plain CSV of every drive from Settings → Data. Your first 20 drives are sorted automatically as well.

What does Slashie Pro add?

Automatic sorting after the first 20 drives, by your places, your calendar and the way home; suggestions and “Accept day” in Day Review; Smart calendars, which learn the words your events use when one calendar holds several jobs; the PDF and CSV mileage logs for each slash, including the Tax Time report for the year; and Slashie for Mac.

Is there a Mac app?

Yes. Slashie for Mac is part of Slashie Pro, so one purchase covers your iPhone and your Mac on the same Apple Account. Your iPhone records the drives, and the Mac gets them through your own private iCloud to sort, fix and export; it records nothing itself. It runs on macOS 26 or later.

What happens after my 20 free drives?

Nothing is lost. Drives keep recording, the ones already sorted stay sorted, and new drives wait in your Inbox for a swipe. The Inbox card tells you how many of them Pro could sort for you.

Does the free month come with every plan?

The one-month free trial comes with the Annual plan, for new subscribers. Monthly and Lifetime start right away.

Will I be reminded before the trial ends?

If notifications are on, Slashie sends one reminder three days before the trial converts, and Settings → Slashie Pro shows the date. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from Settings → Slashie Pro → Manage subscription or iOS Settings → Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and your drives stay either way.

Does Pro work with Family Sharing?

Yes. Every plan can be shared with up to five other people in your Family Sharing group. Each person keeps their own drives, slashes and reports in their own iCloud; only Pro is shared. The person who bought it manages the plan.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Switch between Monthly and Annual from Manage subscription; the change takes effect at the next renewal. If you buy Lifetime while subscribed, you own Pro: cancel the subscription in Manage subscription so it doesn't renew.

Do I need an account?

No. Slashie has no accounts and no sign-in. Pro is tied to your Apple Account through the App Store, so Restore purchases on a new iPhone brings it back. We never see your payment details.

Does Pro change what leaves my iPhone?

No. Pro adds nothing to what Slashie reads or sends. Your drives stay on your devices and in your private iCloud, and the App Store handles the payment. The privacy policy has the details.

How do I get a refund?

Apple takes the payment, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where is Slashie available?

In the United States and Canada, for iPhone on iOS 26 or later and, as part of Slashie Pro, for Mac on macOS 26 or later. The App Store shows prices in your currency.
